Product Description

Dust filter bags are often made of fiber, while P84 filter bags are made of P84 fiber. The chemical name of P84 is polyimide, which is a flame retardant and high temperature resistant fiber.
Features of P84 fiber:

1. Significant temperature resistance: long-term operation at 260ºC and short-term operation temperature can reach 280ºC.

2. Good acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, and certain hydrolysis resistance.3.Low pressure and high effect: polyimide has irregular fiber cross-section, large surface area, and provides more tiny pores. Its surface filtering effect is better than deep filtering, so most of the dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt without penetrating into the deep layer, so the backwash pressure is smaller and the efficiency of filter cake ejection can be significantly improved. The powder collection effect is excellent, and the filter pressure difference is small.Therefore, it is generally recommended that the P84 be used in flue gas working conditions with high dust concentration, high temperature and low moisture content, such as asphalt mixing, cement kiln, drying, combustion, smelting, various industrial kilns, coal-fired boilers, waste incineration and other processes for flue gas purification. It is also widely used in processes with high emission concentration requirements.
